“We also know that speed is of the essence, especially for those looking to meet the September stamp duty deadline.”

Hope Capital has introduced a new LIONS Fast Track Bridge to provide brokers with the lender’s fastest bridging loan to their clients.

The new bridging loan facility offers borrowers interest rates starting at 0.54% plus savings on up-front costs to support their affordability. The product is available at up to 65% LTV on properties up to £ 500,000 and offers the ability to close the deal within hours of an initial inquiry.

It will be available on residential property throughout England and Wales for a maximum 12 month loan period.

Roz Cawood, Sales Director at Hope Capital commented: “The LIONS Fast Track Bridge will continue to expand our offering and was created to provide a unique opportunity where borrowers can access funds extremely quickly.

“We don’t charge attorney fees upfront, don’t consider personal guarantees (PGs), and we also lend based on an automated rating model instead of a rating, which makes borrowing significantly faster and more accessible for customers. We also do not consider PGs for mixed-use and commercial real estate and have products specifically for borrowers who secure loans for mixed-use or commercial real estate. Additionally, borrowers can take payment vacation during the repayment period, and flexible arrangement fee options are also available to receive the maximum amount of money on the first day.

“At Hope Capital, we are committed to developing solutions that meet the diverse needs of borrowers, their affordability and their aspirations. We also know that speed is of the essence, especially for those looking to meet the September stamp duty deadline, which is why we expect the LIONS Fast Track Bridge to be a highly desirable option for brokers and their clients. “
