Miss World 2000 Priyanka Chopra from India topped the list of the most popular beauty queens on Instagram.

Chopra, the wife of pop star Nick Jonas of the Jonas Brothers, has 68.2 million followers on IG.

Miss Universe 2015 came in second place with Pia Wurtzbach with 12.7 million followers.

In third place is Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray with 12.4 million followers.

The data was published by moneyco.uk, a price comparison website based in the UK. Founded in 2008, the company compares financial products such as credit cards, bank savings and mortgages.

In addition, due to the number of winners of international competitions, the Philippines has been named one of the 5 most beautiful birthplaces in the world.

Mortgage experts also revealed the Philippines as the only Asian country in the top 5 after digging into data to find out where the world’s “most beautiful” people are born.

The results are based on a study of the cities and countries that produced the largest number of beauty contest winners.

The US topped the list with 61 winners. Venezuela is runner-up with 35 winners; Brazil, 26; Great Britain, 25; and the Philippines, 23.

“It may come as no surprise that the US tops the list as the home of Hollywood and beauty pageants. Venezuela, however, ranks second with 35, followed by Brazil (26), Great Britain (19) and the Philippines (23), ”the study says.

Looking at over 500 contest winners, money.co.uk compared their birthplaces to see if some countries were more on our list than others. These famous names included the winners of Miss World, Miss Universe, Mr. Gay World, and many other competitions.

Money.co.uk also looked at each city that produced the highest rate of winners, and while the US may have won the crown in terms of nations, the most beautiful city in the world was not found in the states.

No. 1 is Caracas, Venezuela, the birthplace of 10 festival winners. In second place is Bangkok, Thailand, 7 winners of the pageant; Sydney, Australia and Turku, Finland, 6 winners each; and Maracaibo, Venezuela; Manila, Philippines, and San Juan, Puerto Rico, 5 winners each.

The Philippines ranks fourth as the most common birthplace of LGBTQ contest winners. At the top of the list is the US, followed by Thailand, Brazil, the Philippines and Spain.

All numbers in the study are based on the October 1, 2021 census.
