Almost 100 pubs and bars will party after being voted the best in Britain

Britain’s best pubs and bars have been named just in time for the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

A total of 94 pubs and bars from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have won the coveted County Winner title at the 2022 National Pub & Bar Awards.

The bars have a huge reach from Clackmannanshire to Cornwall and operators are hoping this is the stepping stone they need to continue the rising trade.

Fifteen regional winners will also be announced, as will the esteemed award – overall national pub & bar of the year.

Tristan O’Hara, Editor of Pub & Bar magazine, which is hosting the event, said: “Just by walking around these places you can see how much pubs and bars mean to people across the UK.”
