Xtrackers Stoxx Europe 600 Banks Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0292103651)

Xtrackers Stoxx Europe 600 Health Care Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0292103222)

Xtrackers Stoxx Europe 600 Utilities Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0292104899)

(one each “Sub-fund “ and together the “Sub-fund“)

With reference to the notice to shareholders dated July 30, 2021 (the “original message“), We hereby inform you that the changes described in the original notification with regard to the sub-funds will be made from September 1, 2021.

Therefore from September 1st, 2021:

  • the index administrator of the sub-funds will be changed to MSCI Limited;

  • the current benchmark index of each sub-fund (in each case a “Current benchmark index“) Is supported by a corresponding new reference index (in each case a”New reference index“) as follows:

  • the sub-funds are considered to be products according to Article 8 of the SFDR (“IT G“) Characteristics and application of an ESG screening approach;

  • the sub-funds are passively managed in accordance with a direct investment policy and become full replication funds. As a result, the relevant market of the Sub-Funds is the relevant market for direct replication;

  • the sub-funds can begin stock lending transactions;

  • the cut-off time for the sub-funds is 3.30 p.m. Luxembourg time on the relevant transaction day;

  • the names of the sub-funds change as follows:
